PURPOSE:To improve printing quality by equalizing the emission output of an LED printer. CONSTITUTION:Each discrete electrode 25 of each LED1-LED2560 is formed by the two layers of a lower layer resistor 27, which cannot be fusion-cut by laser beams and is composed of TaSiO2, and the upper layer resistor of a thin- film-shaped aluminum material, which can be fusion-cut by laser beams. Each LED1-LED2560 is driven and a photosensitive body 11 is irradiated with light from the LEDs, and the reflected light is detected and an optical output is read. The resistance sections Ra of each LED1-LED2560 are irradiated with laser beams in response to the optical output, and only the upper layer resistors 28 are fusion-cut, thus finely adjusting a resistance value. |
