<p>PURPOSE:To evade a dubbing of a digital information signal deteriorated in quality by stopping the dubbing at the time of detecting an error which could not be corrected in the error corrected information signal. CONSTITUTION:The dubbing is performed by supplying a regenerative digital information signal from a magnetic tape reproducing device (reproducing side digital VTR) 11 to a magnetic tape recording device (recording side digital VTR) 18. In the magnetic tape reproducing device 11, the regenerative digital information signal is error-corrected, and when an error which could not be corrected in the corrected digital information signal is detected, the dubbing is stopped, and also magnetic tapes 1 and 17 loaded into the magnetic tape producing device 11 and the magnetic tape recording device 18 respectively are rewound by a prescribed amt., and afterward, the dubbing is resumed.</p> |
