PURPOSE:To obtain a waterproofing sheet and a rainwear having excellent cut resistance and tear resistance. CONSTITUTION:A waterproofing sheet wherein a base material comprising a fiber layer composed of dyeable synthetic fiber to be heat set and a fiber layer mixed with at least 20% para-based aromatic polyamide fiber having >=18g/d tensile strength of single filament is provided with a polyurethane polymer coating film layer having water vapor transmission and waterproofness. A rainwear is made up of the waterproofing sheet having the three-layer structure.
