<p>PURPOSE:To exert measurement at the stationary time and at instrument the protecting time by means of a single instrument transformer, by using an optical transformer equipped with an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION:The light passing through a magnetic optical sensor 3 is diverged into two and each light is converted to electric signals by a photodetecting part 8, 9. Further, an output part 11, 12 is provided to receive the output signal from the corresponding photodetecting part 8, 9, which outputs electric signals for measurement of a current, of a conductor of an electric appliance at the stationary time and electric signals for protection of the system. Moreover, photodetecting parts are provided to diverge the light through an electrooptic sensor to two and convert the respective lights to electric signals. The output signal from each photodetecting part is detected by an output part, which in turn outputs electric signals for measurement of a voltage of the conductor of the electric appliance at the stationary time and electric signals for protection of the system.</p> |
