PURPOSE:To easily make an adjustment of an optical axis by rotating a wedge prism in an optical path. CONSTITUTION:A photodetector 40 is fixed on the reference surface of a slider 34 whose parallelism is obtained by machining (movable optical members 30 are placed on this surface) and on the reference surface of a base 36. The optical path of light beams L from a light source to an optical disk 10 is coincided to the optical axis defined by a detector 40 and the members 30 through the use of assembly and adjustment reference mirrors. By conciding the optical axis defined by a mirror surface 32 of the members 30 and the detector 40 with the beam L through the above scheme, a highly precise coincidence is realized. |
