PURPOSE:To provide an electronic instrument which can control the change of the arrangement of a keyboard or the like on a panel in accordance with an external program input. CONSTITUTION:An image display surface 12A is laid on the upper surface of an instrument body 10, and then is superposed thereover with a transparent finger-touch position detecting sheet. If a keyboard display program and a pressed key detecting program for a one stage key board (or two stage keyboard) are inputted to a microcomputer system in the instrument body 10, the one stage keyboard (or two stage key board) is displayed on the image display surface 12A in accordance with the key board display program, and a pressed key on the displayed keyboard may be detected in accordance with the pressed key detecting program. Further, when the pressed key is detected, a musical note signal corresponding to the pressed key is issued. |
