PURPOSE:To grasp the inspected results of various treatments in each subtrate to control in detail the various treatments and to execute efficiently a highly reliable mounting. CONSTITUTION:An identification mark of each substrate 10 is displayed on the substrate 10 by a bar code printer 2, treatments are performed on the substrates by at least one of a creamy solder printer 3, a component mounter 5 and a reflow device 7 and after arbitrary treating processes, the treated results are inspected by respective inspection machines 4, 6 and 8 and at the same time, the identification marks of the substrates are read by bar code readers 41, 61 and 81 and inspected data and the identification marks of the substrates are stored together. Thereby, the inspected results are grasped in each substrate and even if the flow of the substrates is complicated, the situation of the generation of an error and a defect is analyzed in detail by a simple data management system to recognize precisely the cause of the generation and the like and a highly reliable mounting is efficiently executed. |
