MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR A FULL AROMATIC POLYAMIDE COMPOSITE FIBER HAVING A EXCELLENT AFTER FINISHING PROPERTY

dissolving poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) polymer having intrinsic viscosity above 4.5 in sulphuric acid for the concentration of 95.0-100.1 % so that the content of said polymer is 14-21 wt.% to make optical anoisotropic spinning solution, optical isotropic or biphase spinning solution; and composite spinning so that anisotropic solution becomes core component while isotropic or biphase solution becomes sheath component. The spun wholly aromatic polyamide fiber, in which anisotropic solution occupies 50-90 % among the fiber cross-section, features excellent after finishing property.
