PURPOSE:To prevent not water from being discharged from a wall plate of a boiling basket in the circulating direction and noodles from floating up by providing a jetting port of vapor or hot water in the bottom part being near a rotation axis of a boiling basket main body whose cross section is formed like a U-shape, provided so as to be freely rotatable, and piercing a water- through hole only in the side plate of the boiling basket main body. CONSTITUTION:When noodles are thrown into a boiling basket main body 1 and vapor or hot water is jetted from a jetting port 2, the noodles floated already are pushed by the noodles which float one after another, and move horizontally. This horizontal movement is caused in the direction going away from a wall plate 8 of a rotation axis 3 side, and when hot water and noodle hit against a wall plate 8', they change the direction to the lower along the wall plate 8', and move in the direction of the bottom part of the boiling basket main body 1. Subsequently, when hot water and noodles which reach the bottom part ascend by jetting force of vapor or hot water jetted from the jetting port 2 again, and circulate in the boiling basket main body 1 by repeating the fore- going. In such a way, the boiling efficiency to noodles is improved. |
