发明名称 DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To flatten a ratio of a change in temperature of an electrostatic capacity, reduce a dielectric loss and a size of grains, and realize sintering at a low temperature by including Nb2O5, Co2O3, MnO2, Nd2O2 and the like into BaTiO3. CONSTITUTION:0.6-2.0 parts by weight of Nb2O5, 0.1-0.8 parts by weight of Co2O3, 0.05-0.3 parts by weight of MnO2, and 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of Nd2O3 and 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of oxide glass including mainly BaO-B2O3-Li2O-SiO2 are added into 100 parts by weight of BaTiO3 including 0.03wt.% of alkali metal oxide as impurity. Consequently, a ratio of a change in temperature of an electrostatic capacity can be flattened within + or -15% over a wide range of temperature from -55 deg.C to +125 deg.C in adopting an electrostatic capacity at +25 deg.C as a reference, and moreover, a dielectric loss can be reduced to 1.2% or less at a dielectric constant of 3500 or more. A size of a grain is set 1mum or less, and sintering can be realized at temperatures as relatively low as 1250 deg.C. As a result, it is possible to enhance a temperature characteristic at a low cost and at a small-sized large capacity.
