PRODUCTION OF CERAMICS BASE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of pore of ceramics base and to increase yield of formation of fine circuit on ceramics bases. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics powder is blended with a solution of methyl cellulose and dried to prepare particles of ceramics powder coated with methyl cellulose. The coated powder is mixed with a liquid binder to prepare body, which is molded and burnt to produce a ceramics base. Since methyl cellulose is uniformly dispersed and mixed in a state of applied to the surface of ceramics powder without uneven distribution, occurrence of pore of ceramics base caused by uneven distribution of methyl cellulose can be reduced.
