PURPOSE: To disperse the transfer processing in a financial institution and to make the transfer procedures for the same exacter and faster. CONSTITUTION: Plural transfer dispersion processing machines have input means M1 for inputting at least part of the transfer processing information applied to the host computer of the financial institution and memory means M2 for storing part of the transfer processing information as fixed information and are disposed at one host computer. These machines are provided with transfer processing information forming means M3 which form the information necessary for the transfer processing from the information inputted from the input means M1 and the fixed information stored in the memory means M2 and collation processing means M4 which determine the supplementation of at least the deficient information and have the processing by the transfer information forming means M3 executed while collating whether there is a missing in the fixed information necessary for the transfer processing from the input contents from the input means M1 and/or the stored contents in the memory means M2.
