<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect metamfetamine(MA) simply in a short time by a method wherein a monoclonal antibody making a specific immunity reaction on MA and N,N'-dibenzylethylene-diamine(DBED) is tagged with enzyme. CONSTITUTION:MA is made to be aminobutyl, for instance, and arbitrary supporting protein is combined therewith, so as to obtain a complex. This is given as an antigen for immunity to a mammal, a myelcell is blended with a lymphoid cell thus obtained, and then a hybridoma stock is selected and made to be monoclone by means of a limiting dilution method. This stock is cultured in a flask or an abdominal cavity so as to adjust a monoclonal antibody for the MA, and then this antibody is tagged with enzyme. Urine or saliva of a suspected user of a stimulant drug and the enzyme-tagged monoclonal antibody are put in a polystyrene test tube on the inner wall of which a DBED supporting body complex is applied, so as to make them react with each other, and an ammonia detection solution is added thereto after the antibody having not yet reacted is removed. At this time, the result is determined as positive (containing MA) when the color of the solution is still yellow and shows no change, while it is determined as negative when the color changes to violet.</p> |
