The individual respiration mask spans the patient's nose at nostril level and fits to the face via a hollow, resiliently filled bead part, using gas feedlines and retainer tapes fitted to the main mask. The filling (5) consists of curable, liquid or pasty plastics which sets once adapted to the face contours. Preferably, the filling is applied and released through holes (6,7) at opposite sides of the bead (4). USE/ADVANTAGE - For first aid, resuscitation, or intensive care, with improved face seal, and possible self-application in non-medical usage.
