ROUTING SYSTEM USING NEURAL NETWORK

PURPOSE:To output a packet in the optimum direction adaptive to the present state of a multi-media integrated network and satisfies the request conditions of the media by providing the mutual connection type neutral networks at each node of the integrated network which stores various types of media in a packet form. CONSTITUTION:A neutral network 12 consists of the neurons corresponding in 1:1 to each node 11 and the neurons corresponding in 1:1 to each link 14. An external stimulus input means 13 input the external stimulus to the neurons corresponding in 1:1 to each link 14. Each neuron of the network 12 adds together the input and the external stimulus given from another neuron and gives the threshold processing to the result of addition to repetitively output 0 or 1. Thus the node corresponding to the neuron corresponding to the node where the output is stabilized at 1 is decided as a node set in the packet output direction. Meanwhile the link corresponding to the neuron corresponding to the link where the output is stabilized at 1 is decided as a link set in the packet output direction respectively.
