A modified polyolefin resin obtained by the reaction of a polyolefin resin with an epoxidized acrylamide monomer of general formula (I), wherein Ar represents a C6 to C24 aromatic hydrocarbon group substituted with at least one glycidyloxy group, and R represents hydrogen or methyl. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising 5 to 95 wt.% of the above modified polyolefin resin and 95 to 5 wt.% of another thermoplastic resin. A filler-reinforced polyolefin resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of the above modified polyolefin resin and 3 to 300 parts by weight of an inorganic or organic filler.
