<p>The heating assembly for an electrical heating apparatus, in particular for a kettle, comprises a tubular electrical heating resistor (2) intended to be immersed in the water to be heated and a unit (8) for electrical connection and for regulating the heating temperature, the heating assembly comprising a metal flange (5) for fastening the resistor. The flange (5) is made of a metal or alloy (5a), which is resistant to the oxidation liable to be created by contact with hot water, while the face of this metal or alloy adjacent to the connection and regulation unit (8) is covered at least in part by a metal or alloy which is a good heat conductor.
