PURPOSE:To strip and carry the paper in an assured and stable way by making a stripping roller with a conductive member to earth it to the main body of a paper stripping device and at the same time covering the surface of the stripping roller with an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A paper stripping device contains a stripping roller 10, and this roller 10 is made of a conductive member in order to attract the paper 9 which is stripped and carried by the roller 10. The surface of the roller 10 is covered with an insulating layer 16. Furthermore the roller 10 is electrically earthed to the main body of a copying machine. In such a constitution, a transfer material is attracted toward the roller 10 after stripping by the charge of the electrostatically charged transfer material. Thus the transfer material can be assuredly stripped and also carried stably. |
