PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation image forming apparatus which enables the correction of non-uniformity of the sensitivity due to unevenness of energy in real time by reading analysis results previously memorized from an address in a peak analysis memory according to a position signal and an energy signal obtained for each event. CONSTITUTION:A number of PMTs are arranged on the back of a scintillator 1 through a light guide 2 and outputs of the PMT are introduced into a position energy computation circuit 5 through a preamplifier 4 to obtain position signals X and Y and an energy signal Z. The position signals X and Y and the energy signal Z are taken separately into sample hold circuits 61-63 to hold and then converted to digital signals Xd-Zd respectively with A/D converters 71-73 to specify the address of a PHA memory 8 by these signals Xd-Zd. The PHA memory 8 is made up of dynamic RAMs, for example and outputs data of 1 bit and a brightness signal UNBLANK is obtained with a pulse signal generator 11 to be inputted into a display 12 together with the position signals X and Y. |
