摘要 Fe-based soft magnetic alloy having excellent soft magnetic characteristics with high saturated magnetic flux density, characterized in that it has fine crystal grains dispersed in an amorphous phase and is expressed by the general formula: Fe100-a-b-cCuaMbYc where: "M" is at least one or more selected from elements of groups IVa, Va, VIa of the periodic table, Mn, Co, Ni, Al, and the Platinum group, "Y" is at least one or more selected from Si, B, P, or C and 3<a</=8 (atomic %) 0.1<b</=8 3.1</=a+b</=12 15</=c</=28. Also described is a dust core made from an alloy powder having fine crystal grains dispersed in an amorphous phase and expressed by the formula Fe100-a-b-c-d-eCuaM'bM''cSid Be where: "M'" is at least one element selected from the groups consisting of Group IVa, Va, VIa of the periodic table; "M''" is at least one element from the group consisting of Mn, Co, Ni, Al, and the Platinum group; and wherein "a", "b", "c", "d" and "e", expressed in atomic %, are as follows: 3<b</=8 0.1<b</=8 0</=c</=15 8</=d</=22 3</=e</=15 15</=d+e</=28. A method of treating the alloy to separate the fine crystal grains is also described which comprises heat treating said alloy for from one minute to ten hours at a temperature of from 50 DEG C. below the crystallization temperature to 120 DEG C. above the crystallization temperature.
