USE OF SELECTED OLEOPHILIC COMPOUNDS WITH INCREASED BIOLOGICAL ACCEPTABILITY TO IMPROVE THE OIL-WETTABILITY OF FINELY DIVIDED SOLIDS AND THEIR USE AS FLUID-LOSS ADDITIVES

The invention describes the use of alkylole amine and carboxylic acid esters with at least 5 C atoms in the carboxylic acid molecule (N-basic esters) and/or their quaternisation products (esterquats ) to hydrophobise and increase the oil-wettability of oil-dispersible finely divided solids, especially for their use as auxiliaries for filtration control and the in situ formation of filter layers in fluid oil phases and/or W/O invert emulsions. The object of the invention also includes W/O invert emulsions containing oil-dispersible finely divided fluid-loss additives and possibly other constituents, especially borehole treatment agents usable in the field of land or sea-based rock boring. The novel agents contain, as the oil-dispersible filtration control auxiliaries, at least partly finely divided solids of natural and/or synthetic origin treated with the N-basic esters and/or esterquats, where suitable solids or organic origin may be preferred.
