TITLE The present invention provides pyridine derivatives of following general formula (I) or a physiologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof: wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, each is a lower alkyl group, and n is an integer of 1 to 6. The invention also provides for producing the pyridine derivative and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. The compounds (I) possess anti-arrhythnic activity.
