PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of weighing and the durability by coating a fluorine polymer on a strain gage and coating a high-polymer material thereon so that the strain gage is moisture-proofed with no influence on the elongation or contraction of said gage. CONSTITUTION:The fluorine polymer 12 is thinly coated on the strain gage 7 adhered to the surface of each low-rigidity part 5b(6b)... of a strain inducing body 2 and the high-polymer material 13 such as silicone rubber or polyurethane is coated thereon. The polymer 12 has no adhesiveness to silicone rubber, etc. 13 and therefore the elongation or contraction of the gage 7 is not affected by the polymer 12 and the gage is kept isolated from the silicone rubber, etc. 13. The gage 7 is thus capable of elongating or contracting in faithful follow up to the elongation or contraction of the surface of the part 5b, etc. when a material to be weighed is placed thereon. |
