<p>PURPOSE:To enhance bookblnding quality by preventing the folding of a bound sheet bundle and to process recording sheets with high safety by covering the bound part of the recording sheets discharged from an image forming apparatus with a cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:In the processing of recording sheets, at first, the recording sheets discharged from the feed route in the image recording part 10 of a copier main body 1 are stacked on the tray 400 in a post-processing apparatus 3 equipped with a bookbinding control part in a superposed state. Next, a predetermined number of the recording sheets are stacked to form a recording sheet bundle S and a cover sheet C having longitudinal length almost twice or more the length of the recording sheets in the short side direction thereof is stacked so that the longitudinal central part thereof is superposed on one end of the recording sheet bundle S in the short side direction thereof.</p> |
