PURPOSE: To make operation possible without alternate frame potential or applied potential by performing processing of sensor signals within a rotary section to inductively couple supply electric power and optically transmitting control signals and measurement signals. CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical projection 8 of a rotor 9 plunges into the receptive chamber 5 of a stator 1. The measurement signals of a sensor are picked up by a multiplexer 16 in the rotor 9 and are supplied via a filter 17 and an AD converter 18 to a PCM converter 19. The measurement signals control a transmission diode 11 existing in the secondary section 10 of a pot core transformer and are picked up by a signal reception diode 7 existing in the primary section 6 of the pot core transformer. An interface 2 for the digital control signals load the annularly arranged transmission diodes 12 and the signals of the diodes 12 are picked up by the reception diode 13 of the rotor 9. The inductive transmission electric power is supplied via the pot core transformer to the applied voltage processing section 14 in the rotor 9. |
