Lock (catch) for guiding and stowing, comprising a body (1) with which at least one hook (5) is articulated via a horizontal pin (6) parallel to the direction of passage (P) of the loads. The head (9) of the hook (5), in the raised position of the latter, is offset in the direction of retraction of the hook (5) with respect to the articulation pin (6) and includes two lateral inclines (ramps) (12) which are inclined such that the hook (5) can retract simply under the thrust of the load on one of the inclines (12). Application: particularly to central locks for the floors of passenger/freight convertiplanes (convertible aircraft). <IMAGE>
