PURPOSE:To omit process of applying flux in the process of soldering and improve the solderability by applying a coating incl. rosin through a baking process onto an insulative film, or by applying a lubricant oil incl. rosin. CONSTITUTION:A coating incl. rosin is applied through baking process onto an insulative film for an electric wire, or a lubricant oil incl. rosin is applied. The rosin as used therein shall be that portion of oleoresin extracted from a pinaceous plant which will remain in resin form after it has got rid of volatile substances such as essential oil through distillation, and may appear in several kinds such as gum rosin. wood rosin, tall oil rosin, etc., depending upon the process of extracting from pine resin. The coating incl. rosin consists in a solution prepared by dissolving rosin in a solvent which may appear in different sort, for example alcohol such as ethanol, butanol, etc. If thereto halides are added such as the halide of phenoxy resin, the solderability will be further improved. Thereby the solderability can be enhanced while the coating film is embodied relatively thin and uniformly, and also the effectiveness in works be improved. |
