<p>PURPOSE:To take out predetermined high purity nitrogen gas from the beginning of an adsorbing process in a separator receiving the supply of raw material air being a gaseous mixture from one end of an adsorbing tower packed with an adsorbent to take out nitrogen gas from the other end of the tower. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus wherein raw material air being a gaseous mixture is supplied from one ends of adsorbing towers 30, 31 packed with an adsorbent to adsorb gas other than nitrogen gas by the adsorbent and nitrogen gas is taken out from the other ends of the adsorbing towers 30, 31, the end parts of a plurality of the adsorbing towers 30, 31 are mutually connected by a connection pipe 4 having a caliber smaller than that of each of the adsorbing towers 30, 31 to form one adsorbing tower row.</p> |
