The present invention relates to a device for applying colouring products. The device is characterised in that it comprises a rod (14) with an end (15) for applying a colouring product, extending in a tubular rod (3) with a brush (4) for applying another colouring product, the rod (14) and the brush rod (3) being capable of being displaced axially, by hand, with respect to each other, so that the rod (14) occupies a retracted inactive position in the brush rod (3) or an active position in which the applicator end (15) projects from the rod (3) in front of the brush (4) by a distance sufficient for applying the other colouring product without being hindered by the brush (4). The invention applies to the field of cosmetics. <IMAGE>
