<p>PURPOSE:To inspect and detect all inspection objects regardless of induction body or magnetic body with high sensitivity and high accuracy, detect not only the existence of the inspected body such as food, medicine tablets, synthetic resin products and workpieces but also foreign materials and defects in the inspected body with high resolution and cope with miniaturization of the device regardless of the size of the inspected body. CONSTITUTION:As an inspected body S is arranged close to a detection coil 13 constituted of a primary side magnet excitation coil 13a and a secondary side induction coil 13b combined partly in contact coaxially, the magnetic field f formed by the magnet excitation coil 13a changes and the inductance of the induction coil 13b shows a change. By judging the output of the induction coil 13b with a electromagnetic induction type inspection device, the recognition of material of the inspected body S and detection of included foreign materials are possible.</p> |
