PURPOSE:To secure pictures with proper brightness as a whole while canceling 'blurring' at a too much bright part by providing plural television cameras, mutually independent iris control means and input image synthesizing part. CONSTITUTION:When fluorescent lamps are distributed within an image pickup range, at a television camera 21a to extract the part including the fluorescent lamps, the degree of limiting the quantity of light is comparatively increased by an iris control means 22a. On the other hand, at television cameras 21b and 21c to extract the part where no fluorescent lamp is included, the quantity of light is suitably limited independently of the iris control means 22a by iris control means 22b and 22c. Since an input image synthesizing part 23 executes correction corresponding to the iris amounts of the respective iris control means 22 concerning respective divided pictures picked up by the respective television cameras 22, at a synthesized picture, the picture is not made unnatural by generating the difference of brightness at the border of the divided pictures. |
