PURPOSE:To shape a superconductive ceramic material into a pipe and enable coiling by filling the inside of a support consisting of a metal or metal compound with a superconductive ceramic material in such a way that a cavity is left. CONSTITUTION:A metal pipe 2 is used as a hollow support made of metal or metal compound. A material as superconductive ceramic material 4 mixed or melted, or the solution turned in gel, is poured into the cavity from one end of the hollow pipe whose other end is blocked temporarily. Then the whole pipe 2 is heated, and all solvent as liquid component is gasified and removed, and now the material 4 is put as coating 3 over the inner wall of the pipe 2, followed by heating as baking process and iterative oxidations and reductions. Thus a pipe 1 is made in superconductive ceramic. Example of the material 4 is Y, Ba, etc. Thereby the material 4 can be embodied in a pipe substantially and be coiled. |
