PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the temp. of a fine filament, by arranging regions each comprising a black body and regions each comprising the same material as a temp. measuring object in a stripe pattern while providing a temp. reference plate having temp. inclination and allowing a thermal image signal level to detect uniform stripes. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is constituted of a temp. reference plate 2, which is formed in a stripe pattern from regions 6a-6d coated with a black paint and regions 8a-8c comprising the same material as a fiber material 4 being a temp. measuring object and finished in the same surface state as said fiber material and has a heater therein, an infrared camera 12, a monitor television 16, an image signal processing means 18, a heater controller 10 and a temp. display means 22. When the fiber material 4 is arranged so as to traverse the strip pattern of the reference plate 2 and the infrared camera 12 are operated, a temp. detection signal 14 is outputted and the image signal processing means 18 detect a region, wherein a thermal image signal level in the same stripe is uniform, among the regions 8a-8c to display the temp. thereof. By this mechanism, the temp. of a fine filament can be measured accurately. |
