The invention relates to a device in a pot allowing variable and adjustable positioning for supporting the plant. It is made up of a tapped cavity (1) in the wall of the pot and by a stake-guide assembly (3) - rod (4) and ring (5) assembly - and of a stake (12), the latter two having segmentary structure (6) and (13) and therefore being capable of adjustment. The threaded rod (4) for guiding the stake (3) will be fixed to the cavity (1). The stake (12) will fit into the ring (5). The stake (12) furthermore, by virtue of the threaded appendage (10) of its segments (13), and independently of the stake guide (3), may fix into tapped concavities (15) formed in the bottom of the pot. <IMAGE>
