PURPOSE:To enhance soundproofing and heat insulating effects by mixing vegetative fiber which has a hooking part for stopping fluidity of cement mortar and holds adhesive properties, thixotropic property and water absorption properties into cement mortar as the reinforcing material, and forming the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing material 1 is obtained by cutting strong vegetative fiber which has hooking parts for stopping fluidity of cement mortar 2 and holds adhesive properties, thixotropic property and water absorption properties and has size of about 1mm into the prescribed length. This reinforcing material 1 is mixed into cement mortar 2 and pores 3 are formed to the inside of cement mortar 2 in the hooking parts. The reinforcing material 1 absorbs moisture and adapts to cement mortar 2, and accordingly wall material 4 is formed. When cement is hardened, strength is increased and generation of a crack is prevented. Moreover, wall material which exhibits sound absorption effect and heat insulating and cool insulating effects is obtained. Further, when the reinforcing material is mixed into asphalt, asphalt which absorbs tar and adapts to oil and is free from stickiness and has elastic properties is obtained. |
