PURPOSE:To align all display areas on a composition surface and to prevent color blurring by using a liquid crystal panel provided with vertically or horizontally symmetrical display areas. CONSTITUTION:This projector or device has a display electrode 73 which is superposed at least partially on an auxiliary capacity electrode, a source electrode 80 which electrically connects a non-single crystal silicon film doped with impurities corresponding a source area and the display electrode 73, a drain electrode 81 which is connected electrically to a non-single crystal silicon film doped with impurities corresponding a drain area and a drain line 79 united with this drain electrode 81; and the display areas consisting of plural display electrodes 73 and a light shield film 72 superposed upon it are made axially symmetric substantially about the center. Further, the display electrodes 73 which are exposed by the light shield film 82 are made symmetrical about an inversion axis A-A. |
