PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film free from discoloration, deterioration and odor generation even after irradiation with electron ray by compounding a vinyl chloride/ethylene copolymer resin with specific amounts of an epoxidized resin acid monoalkyl ester and a specific plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:The objective film is produced by compounding, as essential components, (A) 100 pts.wt. of a resin component consisting of a vinyl chloride/ ethylene copolymer resin preferably having an average polymerization degree of 600-1,500 and an ethylene content of 0.5-9% with (B) >=7 pts.wt. of an epoxy compound consisting of an epoxidized resin acid monoalkyl ester and (C) >=8 pts.wt. of a phthalate-type and/or trimellitate-type plasticizer.
