PURPOSE:To provide a compsn. which can satisfactorily protect an optical plastic molding from photodegradation, etc., without detriment to the optical functions of the molding even when it has a high refractive index. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. comprises 1 pt.wt. hydrolyzed silane compd., 0.2-5 pts.wt. composite titanium oxide particles comprising titanium oxide and silicon oxide integrally combined with each other in a ratio of titanium oxide to silicon oxide of 0.03-0.7 and has a particle diameter of 1-100mum, 0.02-0.5 pt.wt. satd. or unsatd. polycarboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, and 0.01-0.2 pt.wt. thermal curing catalyst. |
