<p>PURPOSE:To produce an immobilized enzyme showing a high enzymatic activity by introducing aldehyde groups into an amino group-containing insoluble carrier and fixing 5'-nucleotidase thereto in a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:To an amino group-containing insoluble carrier, aldehyde groups are introduced by using an organic compound such as glutaraldehyde having two or more aldehyde groups. 5'-Nucleotidase or plural enzymes at least including 5'-nucleotidase are reacted therewith at about 4 deg.C for >=150hr and fixed thereto. The enzyme is stably fixed to the insoluble carrier and elimination of the enzyme becomes resistive.</p> |
