PURPOSE:To sharply reduce labor for inputting information at the time of transmitting an electronic mail by editing information selected from a transmitting/receiving 1st as an initial value to form/transmit a mail and making it possible to reuse the information of the transmitting/receiving list in an electronic mail information editing system. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting list 4 for storing the information of transmitting mails is prepared, and at the time of transmitting a mail, a mail table for mails transmitted in the past is displayed from the list 4, selected mail information is displayed and edited by overwriting or the like, a new mail is formed based upon the edited mail information correspondingly to a transmission command, and then the formed mail is stored in the list 4 and transmitted to a destination. |
