PURPOSE:To recover the aroma component generated in a brewing process in high concn. using an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:An aroma component adsorbing device 3 composed of a casing 4 equipped with a recovered gas inlet 5, an exhaust port 6, the adsorbent shelves 7 horizontally arranged to the middle stage part thereof, indirect heaters 9 arranged in the vicinity of the shelves 7 and a direct heater 10, the adsorbent 8 placed on the adsorbent shelves 7 and the condenser 23 of a recovered aroma component communicating with the casing 4. The aroma component generated in a fermentation tank 1 is sent to the aroma component adsorbing device 3 to be adsorbed by the adsorbent 8. Next, the aroma component is heated by the direct heater 10 and the indirect heaters 9 to be desorbed from the adsorbent and the desorbed gas is cooled by the condenser 23 to recover the aroma component. |
