PRODUCTION OF PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE:To stably perform development with a little amt. of replenisher for the developer without producing insoluble matter. CONSTITUTION:In the process of planographic printing that a photosensitive planographic printing board exposed to light is developed while the replenisher liquid is added, the planographic printing board has a coating layer on the opposite side to the side where the photosensitive layer is formed. This coating layer contains an org. polymer compd. cured with light and/or heat. The replenisher liquid is an alkali metal silicate aq. soln. containing 0.3-1.0 molar ratio of (SiO2)/(M2O) and 0.5-4.0wt.% SiO2.
