PURPOSE:To furnish a heating device for a work capable of heating the work stably in a short time and suitable for soldering work of the work. CONSTITUTION:The heating device for the work is provided with a lower side electrode 8, an upper side electrode constituted by bringing first and second electrodes into contact with each other, a pressurizer 5 which moves this upper side electrode in the direction to approach the lower side electrode 8 and separate from it and enables these electrodes to hold the work W between these, electrode holders 10, 11 and 12 to cool the respective electrodes forcibly, a transformer 20 which energizes the upper side electrode and generates heat on this based on contact resistance against cooling from the electrode holders and a foot switch 61 to operate the pressurizer 5, pressurize and hold the work W between the upper side electrode and the lower side electrode 8, operate the transformer 20 and generate heat on the upper side electrode extending for a first specified time and heat the work W. The pressurizer 5 continues a pressurizing and holding state of the work W extending for a second specified time even after the heat generation of the upper electrode is completed and at this time, the work is cooled through forced cooling of the respective electrodes by this foot switch 61. |
