PURPOSE:To prepare resin molding material with a two-screw kneading roll without requiring grinding process. CONSTITUTION:Resin composition 1 is fed to one end of a two-screw kneading roll so as to be kneaded between rolls 2a and 2b and, at the same time, to be transferred from the one end to the other end. The resin composition 1 arrived the other end of the two-screw kneading roll 2 is formed with a pelletizer 3 into the form of pellets and then taken out of the two-screw kneading roll 2. Since resin molding material can be obtained under the state of pellets, gringing operation becomes unnecessary. |
