PURPOSE:To realize a directional coupler and its manufacture in which a strip line is accurately formed. CONSTITUTION:Recessed grooves 11a, 11b corresponding to a strip line are provided on a dielectric board, e.g. a side of a green sheet 10. Conducive paste sets 12a, 12b are fed in the grooves 11a, 11b to form a conductor being the strip line 6.
