摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a new nucleic acid fragment utilizable as a primer or probe for the detection of mycoplasma. CONSTITUTION:The objective nucleic acid has the base sequence of formula and consists of the 3' terminal of the 16 STRNA gene of Mycoplasma orale and the part subsequent to the terminal. It can be cut from the gene of Mycoplasma orale by direct enzymatic process.
