PURPOSE:To make the form and the weight of a luminous member small in a strobe device to emit a large quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:While an input terminal 1 to which the DC current of a power source 100 is fed is earthed through a capacitor 2, the input terminal 1 is connected to the + side power source output terminal 4 through a diode 3. And the power source input terminal 4 is connected to the + side terminal of a main capacitor 6 through a diode 5, and the - side terminal of the main capacitor 6 is earthed. Furthermore, the + side terminal of the main capacitor 6 is connected to the power source output terminal 4 through an IGBT 7. The power source output terminal 4 is connected to the + side power source input terminal 9 of a luminous member 200 through a power source cord 8. The power source input terminal 9 is connected to an anode of a xenon discharge tube 10, and 21 cathode of the xenon discharge tube 10 is connected to the -side power source input terminal 11. The power source input terminal 11 is connected to the - side power source output terminal 12, and the power source output terminal 12 is earthed. |
