PURPOSE:To obtain the molded object excellent in appearance, while bubbles or wetting marks do not occur on the surface of a molded object. CONSTITUTION:A precasting part 10 communicating with a cavity 4 is provided on a bottom force 2, and polyurethane foamable raw material 8 is poured in the precasting part 10, and then creamlike polyurethane foamable raw material 17 is introduced in the cavity 4 after the passage of cream time and is foamed, whereby the wetting marks in pouring process as not occur in the cavity 4, and the thin film voids due to the bubbles in unitially foaming do not occur, and the molded object excellent in surface condition may be obtained. |
