Compounds of structure (I), in which R1 is hydrogen, hydroxy, C¿1-4?alkoxy, halo C1-4alkoxy, C3-7cycloalkyl-C1-4alkoxy, aryloxy or arylC1-4alkoxy; R?2¿ is halogen, C¿1-4?alkyl, CN, NO2 or CF3; R?3¿ is hydrogen or C¿1-4?alkyl; R?4 and R5¿ are the same or different and are each hydrogen or C¿1-4?alkyl or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a ring; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and hydrates for use in conditions where a 5-HT1-like or 5-HT2 agonist is indicated. Novel compounds of structure (I), processes for preparing them and compositions containing them are also described.
