The device includes upper (2) and lower housing parts made of synthetic resin, and fixed to one another by an adhesive union. In the inwardly facing upper surface of the upper housing part, an insert nut (16) is fitted into which a metal bolt is screwed when a covering is fixed to the lower housing part. The upper housing part has a groove (17) running along its complete periphery and is provided with a further groove (18) along the edge of the insert nut. The lower housing part has edges corresp. to and fitting into the grooves (17, 18). To fit the two housing parts together, adhesive is injected into the two grooves (17, 18). A light-permeable lens of synthetic resin is fitted by an adhesive union on the upper end of the transmission device. USE/ADVANTAGE - For remote control of road vehicle door locking mechanism. Reduced danger of damage to IC chip owing to surge current caused by static charges on human body.
